Please allow sufficient time for the check-out procedure, whether at AmeriSuites or at the Institute. Those participants staying at the Institute will need to see the PCMI staff in order to return access cards and keys before you board the Airporter (or whatever is your ground transportation). On Saturday, there will be a check-out table staffed in the Fuld Hall Common Room. Those staying at AmeriSuites must check out at the hotel front desk and should leave their Institute access cards in a tub that will be provided on the front desk counter.

Departure arrangements are final today. All departure arrangements will be finalized with the Airporter today (Wednesday). Please be sure to check the Message Board and initial your reservations. If you are in need of a reservation or a change, please see Kirstie immediately (extension 8025 from the Institute phones).
