information and procedures:
AmeriSuites departures – Return prior to departure: AmeriSuites hotel key and plastic IAS Access card.
Go to the front desk of the hotel to settle incidental charges, and turn in the hotel card key. You may also leave the plastic IAS Access card with them. Important note: the Airporter does not pick up at AmeriSuites. If you are taking the Airporter Shuttle, come to the lobby 40 minutes prior to your scheduled Airporter Shuttle time, the AmeriSuites hotel shuttle will take you to the Hyatt to pick up the Airporter. See Kirstie Venanzi if you have any questions or concerns.
IAS departures - Return prior to departure: IAS apartment key and plastic IAS Access card.
A check-out desk will be located in Fuld Hall from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, near the reception window. If you are leaving prior to these hours, please place your key and card in an envelope and leave in the marked box in front of the reception window. If you are leaving this evening, please come to the PCMI office before 5:00 to return your key and plastic access card.
Please allow sufficient time for the check-out procedure, whether at AmeriSuites or at the Institute.
Check out time on Saturday for all PCMI participants (at both IAS and AmeriSuites) is 12:00 noon. Please make arrangements accordingly. Those meeting later shuttles may wait in the Fuld Hall Common Room or the AmeriSuites lobby.
Laundry cards must be returned to Fuld Hall reception by 4:00 today.
Library books must be returned to the library by 4:00 today.
Pizza Party tonight. The last pizza party will be held tonight at 6:00 at AmeriSuites. This is a BYOB event. Pizza is $1.00 per slice.
PCMI Shuttle Bus service ends at 9:00 this evening. There will be service only between IAS and AmeriSuites this evening – no malls or shopping centers. A schedule will be posted on the Board. Note: the PCMI shuttle does not run tomorrow.

The Computer Lab will close for good this evening at 5:00 (doors will be locked).
