Tuesday, May 15

12:00-5:30p.m. Registration (Fuld Hall Common Room)

4:30 p.m. Tour of Institute campus (Fuld Hall Common Room)

5:30 p.m. Informal supper, poster display/construction (Dining Hall)

 

Wednesday, May 16- Friday, May 18 and Monday, May 21 - Thursday, May 24

9:30 a.m. Undergraduate Lecture Series (Simonyi Hall Seminar Room)

10:30 a.m. Break

10:45 a.m. Graduate Lecture Series (Simonyi Hall Seminar Room)

12:00 noon Lunch (Institute Dining Hall)

1:15 p.m. Problem Sessions (both groups)  (West Building Seminar Room and West Building Lecture Hall)

2:30 p.m.
Research Seminar (advanced) (Simonyi Hall Seminar Room)
Working Groups (level 1) (West Building Seminar Room)

3:30 p.m. Afternoon Tea (Fuld Hall Common Room)

4:00 p.m. Various presentations will be scheduled for each day.

5:00 p.m. Women in Science Seminar (Dilworth Room, except for Friday, May 18)

6:30 p.m. Dinner: group dinners will be arranged by participants. exception: Tuesday and Wednesday, May 15&16, and Thursday, May 24 - dinner provided in the Dining Hall

Saturday, May 19: undergraduate and graduate lectures will be held in the morning. Bagels and juice will be available in the Dining Hall at 9:00 a.m.  Lunch will be available in the Dining Hall from 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Friday, May 25: morning schedule as usual; program ends at 12:00 noon.
