Application Procedure

Please Note: If you are a teacher participating in the PCMI PD3 project in Las Cruces, McAllen, or Seattle, the requirements are somewhat different from other teachers.  Please note the instructions in Items 2 and 3 below.

1. Complete the online application form: The application is submitted from this web site. Supplemental information may be uploaded during the application process, submitted via e-mail, fax, or regular postal or express service. See contact information for details. A follow-up phone call or email to confirm receipt is recommended.
    
2. Provide Letters of Recommendation: Returning teachers and PD3 teachers should submit one letter.  New teachers who are not PD3 teachers should submit two letters. Please see the application form for details as what letters to send and from whom.  We encourage you to upload letter(s) of recommendation during the online, application process.  They also may be submitted via email directly from the person writing the recommendation, or by regular postal or express service, or by fax no later than February 22, 2007.  A follow-up phone call or email to confirm receipt is recommended.
    
3. Provide your Curriculum Vitae/Resume: A CV or resume is required of new teachers, except for PD3 teachers.  It is not required for returning teachers.  We encourage you to upload CVs during the online application process.  They may also be submitted via regular postal or express service no later than February 22, 2007. Your CV may be faxed or emailed if it is no more than 2 pages in length.
