Application Fact Sheet — Application DEADLINE January 28, 2009
Guidelines and Information
Deadline for submission of applications is January 28, 2009. Supplemental materials must be received in the PCMI office by February 4, 2009. Please plan accordingly. (Late applications may be accepted at the discretion of the organizers.) Response may be expected in early April. All teachers interested in participating in the Summer Session, including those who have participated in the past must apply for admission. For hard-copy applications, please contact the IAS/Park City Mathematics Institute.
Be sure to read the guidelines and requirements before accessing and completing the online application. Incomplete application packages cannot be forwarded to the selection committee.
Financial support is available. Applicants are invited to request financial support by checking the appropriate boxes on the application form.

NOTES:
* Formats supported for email attachments: Portable Document format (.pdf), Text (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf), or Microsoft Word format (.doc). Please note that TeX files cannot be printed by the PCMI office. TeX files should be converted to .pdf files before transmission.
Groups of at least 5 teachers from cities or regions other than those listed may apply if they have been able to find an interested university/college faculty member to act as PDO group leader (contact Catherine Giesbrecht at giesbrec@ias.edu, or call 1-800-726-4427 before applying).
