Housing Check-In (Sunday, July 15th)
Room keys can be picked up from the front desk at the Erdman Center at 20 Library Place. The front desk is opened on Sunday, July 15th from 9am - 9:30pm. Alexander Hall is located across the street.
Late Arrivals - For guests arriving after hours, please use the intercom located between the entrance doors of the Erdman Center. This will connect you directly with Security; please let them know that you have arrived. A Security Officer will be dispatched to meet you and give you your room key. In the morning, please officially check in with the front desk assistant.
NOTE: Please be certain to keep your key with you at ALL times.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in the dorms.
- NO pets or overnight guests may stay with you in the dorms.
- You will be held responsible for ANY damages to your dorm room that may occur during your stay.
Registration Check-In (Monday, July 17th)
Please come to the registration desk in Fuld Hall on the Institute for Advanced Study campus on Monday, July 17th between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00am. You will be given a name badge and welcome materials. Your name badge will serve as both your lecture and meal admittance tickets, so please wear your name badge at ALL times.

Non-emergencies should be directed to security at 609-497-7777.
Participants can access EDURoam if their home institution participates in the program.
Laundry is located in the basement of the dormitory, $1.00 per wash and $1.00 per dry.
All guest parking is located behind the library. All cars parked at Princeton Theological Seminary must have a parking permit displayed on their front dashboard. To receive a parking permit, please email pitp@ias.edu.
There will be NO phone service available in the dorms. Participants should bring a cell phone with an international calling plan, as needed.
